“Art Situations II”, first exhibited in spaces including the Museo di Arte Contemporanea di Roma (MACRO) and Villa Croce (Genova), arrives at Matadero Madrid with works by José Guerrero.

 The expert committee, formed of María de Corral, Lorena Martínez de Corral, Vicente Todolí, and Ilaria Gianni have selected a set of gifted artists who will form a prospective overview of Spanish and Italian art in the current moment, drawing parallels between the young artists in both countries. Noted for conducting incisive proposals across multiple languages, showing a deep curiosity and strong will to exceed the limits, and a keen desire to urge the viewer to open up to other approaches.
